Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Requirements and conditions for making a return
1.The items must be in the same condition as when you received them.
2. The items must be unused.
3. For the return of items, the package in which you received them is essential.
4. We do not accept in any case shipments with postage due.
5. All purchases made on the web, can be returned within 30 days of purchase.

The costs of Returns and Exchanges will be borne by the Customer. The cost if you do it through our website is *6,06€ Austria and 12,90€ rest of Europe.*
To make a return, click here If you wish to make an exchange, request a refund with our Gift Card and re-purchase the new product.

As soon as we receive your order, we will check the condition of the items and exchange or refund the items. If it does not meet the requirements, we will contact you to inform you that we are unable to make the exchange or refund.

The period for the refund of the return can vary between 3 and 7 working days from the receipt of the return at our head office.

If your return is accepted, we will sent you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
